Entfernungen: Certaldo mit allerlei Geschäften 4 km, das berühmte mittelalterliche Städtchen San Gimignano 11 km, Volterra ca. 25 km, Florenz 35 km, Siena ca. 40 km.
Ein Reitstall ist ca. 2 km entfernt.
Zur Verfügung der Gäste: ausgestatteter Garten, mit den Besitzern gemeinschaftliches Schwimmbad (14 x 7 m – max. Tiefe 1,8 m - geöffnet von 01/05 bis 30/09) in panoramischer Lage, gemeinschaftliches Barbecue.
Gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschine (€ 8,- / pro Waschgang). Eine Nebenstrasse verläuft wenige Meter von dem Grundstück entfernt. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.
Extra services:: auf Anfrage Haushaltshilfe für € 12,- / pro Stunde, vor Ort zu zahlen.
Es ist möglich ein Babybett für - € 30,- / pro Woche- oder ein extra Bett - € 120,-/pro Woche- zu mieten (Zahlung vor Ort). |

Really good value. We were expecting a much smaller and less spacious villa
Stunning amid the beatiful Tuscan Holls. Very pleasant and just the right distance from Certaldo.They were extremely helpful and the one problem of our own making was dealt with within 15 minutes |

Casa Rossa 3 is a small, but very nice villa. The pool is as close as can be; looking out the window, you see it lying underneath, so very convenient if you have smaller kids.

| Beautiful setting and great apartment. We stayed in apartment 1 with its own little front and back garden. Perfect for our 19 month old to run around. Only complaint is that there was no kettle. Difficult to heat up bottles for babies with no kettle. |

The villa was top class and the owners were very friendly.The pool was amazing, and even the BBQ was great.The villa was spotless when we arrived and we had clean towels on each bed, then at the end of week one a new batch of towels and sheets arrived it was great.
The area was great and the locals were also very friendly.There are lots of great places to eat and the prices are very cheap but the quality of the food is top class.The villa was even better then the website showed.The kitchen was really big with lots of pot and pans and glasses.Both bathrooms we very clean and had lots of space.
We got lost trying to find the Villa but the owner drove out and met us and showed us the way back.
Each room was great and each bed was very comfortable.
The nicest pool I have ever used, and every night a pool cleaning robot cleans the pool
I liked it so much that I may even go back next year. |
