Renoviertes Bauernhaus in 10 Wohnungen unterteilt, in schöner und ruhiger Lage auf den Hügeln um die mittelalterliche Stadt Cortona gelegen. Das Haus liegt inmitten eines großen Landguts mit schönen Blick über die umliegende Landschaft.
Entfernungen: Montecchio mit Lebensmittelgeschäft 4 km, Camucia mit Einkaufszentrum 10 km, der Trasimenische See und Cortona ca. 15 km, Arezzo 30 km.
Reiterhof in der Nähe.
Zur Verfügung der Gäste: grosser, ausgestatteter Garten mit Barbecue, gemeinschaftliches Schwimmbad (14 x 7 m – max. Tiefe 1,9 m - geöffnet von 01/05 bis 30/09), Tennisplatz, Volley Ball-Platz, Kinderspielplatz und Tischtennis, alles mit den Wohnungen von der nahe gelegenen Wohnanlage "Quiete" (400 m) gemeinschaftlich.
Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Kamin und Kochecke zur Verfügung der Gäste .Alle Wohnungen sind mit TV-sat., Safe, Moskitonetzen ausgestattet und verfügen über eine Terrasse oder überdachte Veranda.
Gemeinschaftliche Waschküche (€ 2,-/pro Waschen). Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Auf Anfrage Babybett für € 20,- / pro Woche und Zusatzbett für € 30,- / pro Woche zu mieten, Zahlung vor Ort.
Frühstückkorb auf Anfrage (€ 5,-/pro Person/pro Tag vor Ort zu zahlen). Kleine Haustiere sind mit einem Zuschlag von € 26,- / pro Woche / pro Tier zugelassen (Zahlung vor Ort). |

It was the best holiday we had. Property is beautiful, well kept and comfortable. Good base to make a trips to many places. The property administrator is very nice person and very communicative. She adviced us many times what places are worth to see. The pizza was delicious. The nets in windows protects against insects.

We had a wonderful time in Tuscany and our apartment was good. The property is very well maintained with a nice swimming pool and a tennis court. They also have 2 donkey's, very nice animals. Two minor details are that there are a lot of wasps, we think they are also in the roof. And the beds do not sleep very comfortable. Very positive is the fact that the owner and key holder are very nice people and very helpfull. Cortona is a beautifull village in the nearby mountains, just a 10 minute drive away from the apartments, withe a lot of nice and good restaurants. We recommend Snoopy for the best ice cream and Trattoria Toscana for the great food at a very reasonable price.

Archi is an excellent farmhouse with great facilities. It would perfectly suit families with children as there is lots to do within the grounds.
Archi is located very well for travel around tuscany and umbria. Arezzo, Siena, Perugia and Assisi are all within easy driving distance. It is close to Cortona with its great views and many restaurants.
We really enjoyed our week at Archi and would like to return again in the future. |

Thanks for a truly great week at Archi - this is among the most charming places we have ever stayed at. Plenty of space, a large pool area and a lovely garden. And never crowded or noisy. Our kids had plenty of things do do - including water fun, free bicycle rides, tennis, volleyball, and they loved to say hello to the donkeys in the little forest. We enjoyed life on the balcony overlooking rural Tuscany every morning - and everythings so nice, clean and well kept.
We'd love to come back to Archi sometime - and we recommend this place to every family taveling to Tuscany. |
