Hübsche Unterkunft in der Nähe von Pisa und Volterra, in ruhiger Lage auf die Hügel mit Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft. Das Grundstück wurde in 12 in Toskanischem Bauernstil eingerichteten Wohnungen unterteilt.
Entfernungen: Fabbrica mit Lebensmittelgeschäfte 3 km, Reitplatz 15 km, Castelfalfi mit Golfplatz 20 km, Volterra mit Geschäften aller Art 25 km, Pisa 50 km, Florenz 50 km. Das berühmte mittelalterische Städtchen San Gimignano ist in ca. einer halbe Stunde Autofahren erreichbar.
Zur Verfügung der Gäste: grosser ausgestatteter Garten, Schwimmbad (15 x 9 m – max. Tiefe 1,5 m – geöffnet von 01/05 bis 30/09), gemeinschaftliche Barbecue. Waschküche. Zufahrt über eine nicht geteerte Strasse in Gutem Zustand.
Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Auf Anfrage kann ein Zusatzbett und Babybett vermietet (vor Ort zu zahlen). Mountainbike- Exkursionen, Kochkurse, Malkurse, Fusswanderungen auf Anfrage. Satelliten TV in Gemeinschaft. Kleine Haustiere sind zugelassen.

We (couple) have stayed for two weeks in one of the new appartments. The view and landscape is perfect, the appartment is nice & clean, the animals around and the vegetable garden (self-service) let you have a perfect agricultura holiday. The owners are great, helpful & friendly. You could join their welcome- pizza- or pasta-party three times a week for free
The villages close by like Volterra or San Giminano are really worth travelling. For couples or families a perfect place to stay.
We stayed a week in April: the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The grounds have a play ground, large pool, football pitch, group eating area and spectacular views, The week included two planned events for all the tenants, a make your own pizza lunch where you load up the ingredients and the staff cooks the pizza in their wood oven...very delicious and more than we could hope to eat. The second event had us out gathering vegtables in the surrounding gardens, making pasta from scratch and enjoying a group dinner complete with local wines. Kids really enjoyed both events as well as making friends in the small complex and running around the grounds and swimming in the pool. One of the best family friendly accomadations we have ever been to. Also very centrally located to Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and under 90 minutes to La Spezia and Cinque Terra region.

Super geniales toskanisches Essen (3 mal die Woche, im Preis inbegriffen), sehr gute Betreuung wenn es mal was zu richten oder zu ändern gab.
Klasse für Familien mit Kindern bis maximal ca. 12-14 Jahre. Wohnungen ausreichend groß, recht sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.

"Best place in Toscany". No, this is not a faked review. We were really there and it was awesome! Especially when you travel with kids - this is it! Nice accommodation, very friendly people, quite surroundings, beautiful view. Pool was clean, rooms were big (doesn´t matter that much when you always outside). The location is perfect if you want to visit many spots in Tuscany, it is central - approximately 1 hour car drive to all interesting cities. Owner and his employees were very friendly! We had 3 evening events (welcome, pizza and pasta party) organized by the owner. Kids could play together, we got to know to nice people and we had together delicious food and wine (made by the owner). There are animals which makes the place for kids even more attractive. I would recommend this place and we will probably ago there again.
