Wunderschöner Türm in Piazza del Duomo im historischem Zentrum von San Gimignano (einziger Türm der 14 des Stadt bewohnbar). Der Türm wurde im XIII. Jahrhundert von der Familie Salvucci gebaut und ist der größte private Türm in San Gimginano (48 m).
Die Struktur wurde kürzlich renoviert und in einer Wohnung reich von Scharm umgewandelt, wo man einen einzigen Aufenthalt verbringen kann. Die Annäherung der modernen Einrichtung und antikes Gebäudes bildet eine gemütliche Atmosphäre.
Der Türm besteht aus 10 bewohnbaren Etagen und einer Panoramaterrasse (am letzten Stock). Die verschiedene Etagen sind durch eine Treppe von ca. 160 Stufen verbunden. Entfernungen: Certaldo und Poggibonsi ca. 10 km, Siena ca. 35 km, Florenz ca. 45 km.
Autofahren im Stadtzentrum von San Gimignano ist verboten: Zugang mit dem Auto ist möglich auf Anfrage, um die Koffer auszuladen / laden. Waschküche zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist nicht ratsam für Kinder.
Auf Anfrage kann die Wohnung zusammen mit der Wohnung Medioevo bis 4-8 Personen vermietet. |

Torre San Gimignano was excellent - we really enjoyed the view from the top of the tower and the market on Tuesdays. Fantastic experience - I would recommend it to anyone.

| I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the tower and recommend it to all who would like to spend their holiday, or at least part of it, directly in San Gimignano. You don't feel like a tourist when staying there. First class views and the facilities in the tower are excellent. I was treated very kindly by the discrete owners (Giulia in particular). I would happily go back. Understand the tower's origins and you won't have any problems with steps etc, rather you will appreciate, value, and enjoy it. |

Torre di San Gimignano is a very special place to stay. Views to die for, breathtaking (both physically and visually - 180 stairs work off all the fantastic food and wine!) An unforgettable experience.
While you're there eat lots of ice-cream (Gelateria di Piazza - best in world!); Drink the local wine!; Try all the restaurants (in particular Ristorante Dorando' - not cheap but 10/10); Buy a leather handbag or two (Le Torri); Music festival week while we were there and evening entertainment with violinists and puppetry was great.
The torre was Inspiring - unique - unforgettable - very special - breathtaking (physically and visually!)
Highly recommend and we want to go back soon!
