Hübsches Ferienlandgut aus 4 Wohnungen und dem Haus des Besitzers bestanden. In Panoramalage, auf die florentinischen Hügeln gelegen, 10 Km entfernt von San Romolo, von hier aus genießt man einen herrlichen Blick auf Florenz. Dank einer sorgfältigen Sanierung ist es heute ein sehr gemütliches und komfortables Ferienlandgut. Die gut gepflegte Einrichtung ist echt toskanisch. Den Gästen steht zur Mitbenutzung ein schönes Schwimmbad.
Die Zufahrtstrasse ist unasphaltiert, aber im guten Zustand.
Bei ihrer Ankunft werden die Gäste Bedarfslebensmittel (wie Wasser, Milch, Kekse) finden.
Entfernungen: Villamagna oder San Romolo mit Lebensmittelgeschäfte 1 Km, Bagno a Ripoli mit mehreren Geschäfte 6 Km, das Zentrum von Florenz 11 Kim, Siena 75 Km, San Gimignano 60 Km, Pisa 100 Km.
Zur Verfügung der Gäste Ausgestatteter Garten, Schwimmbad zur Mitbenutzung (12 x 6 m – Hoechsttiefe 1,5 m – geöffnet von 01/05 bis 30/09). Die Ferienwohnungen sind mit Fliegengitter, Satellitenfernesehen und Internetanschluss versehen. Parkplatz im Haus.
Extra Services Kostenloses Kinderbett . Extrabett verfügbar für euro 50,-/pro Woche. Auf Anfrage können Yogakurse organisiert werden. Kleine Haustieren sind erlaubt ( € 100,-).

San Romolo 1 was a truly lovely property and the highlight of our two week tour of Italy. The villa is very nice inside - neat and clean with all the general conveniences and the views are spectacular! The owners are two of the sweetest people you could meet and though they speak little english, we were able to get along just fine. Suzanna, a resident of the property, speaks fluent english and was a great help to us as a friend and interpretor. I would hiighly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay away from the hussle and bussle of Firenze. We are so appreciative for the opportunity to stay here and felt right at home.
Peaceful, quiet area, great apartments. The owners loved children, and our 15 month old had a great time there, running round the grounds, and playing in the pool. The pool starts off with a few steps which was perfect for him to stand in, and warm enough that he could stand and play on the steps.
Geweldig, de gastvrijheid van Pauolo en Laura! Wat een geweldige lieve, echte mensen. Locatie ligt wel iets afgelegen met moeilijk stuk begaanbare weg maar daar ben je binnen 2 dagen aan gewend. Prachtig appartement, schitterend ingericht met alles erop en eraan.
Firenze (Florence) in de nabijheid (15 min) maar daar is het heerlijk rustig en adembenemend mooi. Wij hebben genoten.
We have just returned home from an unforgettable week in San Romolo. The property was beautiful, the apartment well equipped and clean, the hostesses extremely friendly and helpful. We will return!

This was a gorgeous place to stay nestled in the Florentine hills. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated in a typically Tuscan style. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. Even though we spoke on Italian, and she no English, we managed to communicate well enough. We were traveling with 4 young children 8/7/6/2 years, and they couldn't have been happier with the gorgeous pool and the beautiful olive groves that overlooked Florence and the Duomo. What a lovely place for us to explore Tuscany from and we couldn't have found more helpful and friendly hosts or lovely oil. Thank you
