1)MIETPREISE:
- In den Mietpreise sind die Buchungsgebühren von € 30,-/pro Buchung nicht inbegriffen.
-Die angegebenen Mietpreise sind nach Jahreszeit aufgeteilt und verstehen sich per Wohneinheit. Normalerweise ist der Mindestmietzeitraum 7 Tage. In diesem Fall müssen die Ankunft und die Abfahrt am Samstag stattfinden. Falls der angegebene Mindestmietzeitraum weniger als 7 Tage ist, können die Anreise-und Abfahrtstagen flexibel sein und am irgendwelchem Tag der Woche stattfinden (in diesem Fall wird der Preis pro Nacht in die Spalte "pro Tag" geschrieben).
- Eventuelle Nebenkosten (in der Beschreibung jeder einzelnen Wohneinheit angegeben) sind nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen und müssen unbedingt vor Ort direkt an den Hauseigentümer oder seinen Vertreter bei der Abreise bezahlt werden
Allgemeine Kommentare
Fantastic holiday. Bibbiano exceeded our expectations. Great spot on its own in a secluded walled garden next to the main vineyard farm house with wonderful views. The directions were spot on and it took only 10 minutes from the Autostrada. Guilia in the vineyard office was there to welcome us, along with a couple of bottles of the house Chianti and helpful in every respect. No problem accessing the property with a normal car. The pool was huge with lots of shade. Italy does suffer from wasps at this time of the year. There are 2 large and friendly hounds at the property (we like big dogs).
The house was generally very well equipped and the air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms a real blessing. Very spacious and characterful. Unfortunately the oven wasn't working and it took 5 days to sort out. So we took to bbqing in the open ingelnook. A couple of the rooms were very dark at night. A few more lamps would have been appreciated. For a house with a great pool its a pity there were no plastic cups.
The location was perfect for central Tuscany with a score of major attractions in very close proximity. Monte Riggione was a real gem and only 10 minutes away. The supermarket (coop) is also just 10 minutes away, however shopping in the local markets is also easy.
